Safe packing
You may inspect the product as you would in a store — this does not affect your right to return. If the product's value has diminished from use, we may deduct that amount from the refund. Pack the device securely for return.
Individuals only
The 14-day return right applies to consumers (private individuals). Business purchases are subject to special terms.
Purchase document
Please keep the invoice or order confirmation. The order number is sufficient for returns.

Wait for our instructions and pack the device securely.
Send the package
The customer pays the return shipping cost, except in the case of a defective product.

After inspecting the product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
